the compassionate Revolution of grief + grieving (CRGG)

presents Course 1:

The Lost Learning of Compassion

personal, communal, + cultural methods to

Release Stress, Heal Trauma, Accept Loss, Allow Grief

We are at a UNIQUE TIPPING POINT in hystory. Each of us holds WEIGHT + POWER.  If you are ready to be a part of the REVOLUTION toward a COMPASSIONATE + EQUITABLE future, CRGG Course 1 will help you establish healthier habits, a plan + steps toward the goal of Compassionate cultural change, and the opportunity to collaborate with others in the Movement.

We all hold within us Trauma as old as the Big Bang.  When we learn to Recognize our own Internalized Trauma, Learn + Use Tools to Heal it, and Commit to this Process as an ongoing Lifestyle, we are HEALING THE PAST + CHANGING THE FUTURE. We are healing our ancestors' trauma (passed on to us through our DNA) and in doing this healing, we are breaking a pattern - we are no longer Passing this Trauma On to the descendants.  When we heal ourselves, we heal the past and the future as well.  We can Restructure our Mind + Lifestyle to include daily Releases of Stress, ongoing Healing of Trauma, a realistic reframing + Acceptance of Loss, a deep reverence for Grief as Sacred Teacher, and a gentle Allowing of the ongoing process of Grieving. When we do these things, we are doing our part to Help Create a Compassionate + Equitable Future for All.  We are Embodying the Change. We are Being Part Of The Solution.

CRGG offers professional, effective, ongoing Educational Training + Compassionate Support for those ready to make this commitment.

our objective

Heart-driven innovators have created the Compassionate Revolution of Grief + Grieving (CRGG) - a collaboration, a project, and an experiential teaching forum.

You are invited to join the Compassionate Revolution!

Participants of Course 1: Release Stress, Heal Trauma, Accept Loss, Allow Grief will take a slow, deep experiential dive into self-care + healing practices, Spiritual Allyship, and creating a supported, compassionate lifestyle that will support us to live consciously in the current COVID era.

Course 1 will include extensive time to personalize, metabolize, and collaborate what organically emerges in our groups. The curriculum is designed to cultivate intimate, cathartic + transformational experiences + connections, and to form a Spiritual Allyship toward the compassionate + equitable world we would most like to live in, in Universal Friendship - one small group-at-a-time.

 Course 1 begins

January 7, 2022

In this revolutionary, experiential + intimate online course, we’ll move past individualized, intellectual learning to acquire tools, experience + support necessary to embody Grief as Sacred Teacher, navigating grief together with authenticity + compassion, moving toward a Collective Conscious lifestyle of Universal Friendship.
