I am 'Love'
Love. It’s an intriguing word - a beguiling concept. Many have struggled to experience & express it. For me, ‘Love’ is Source. It’s the place everything comes from and goes to. It’s there whether we are tuned-into it or not. I believe that ‘Love’ holds all that is in the Energetic Field; that ‘Love’ is the connection between all that is in the Energetic Field; that ‘Love’ is in everything; that ‘Love’ is everything.
We (humans) breathe - in and out. Oxygen enters the physical body. Oxygen is our physical body’s life force - the physical body will not exist without oxygen. We’re not aware of every breath, yet, oxygen is still necessary to live, and we still breathe it in.
We breathe oxygen in through the nose and mouth. It travels into the lungs. It’s dispersed throughout the physical body. It regenerates and enlivens the cells. And then, it’s used up, and a waste product is produced. The waste product - carbon dioxide - is toxic; it can not be tolerated by the physical body, and so, it is exhaled, out of the physical body, into the air around it.
We don’t ‘see’ this process, yet it happens, with every breath, in and out. Plants breathe in and out, too. We (humans) call their breathing process ‘plant respiration’.
Carbon dioxide enters the plant’s physical body - their inhale. They ‘exhale’ their waste products - oxygen and nitrogen - into the air around them.
There’s a symbiotic relationship between humans and plants. We breathe with each other. Humans need plants; plants give life to humans. To me, this is an expression of love.
We are breathing in and out with plants. Also, in the Energetic Field, there are animals, minerals, elements - breathing in and out. We are all breathing in and out of this same Energetic Field. We are inter-connected.
Just as we most often aren’t conscious of our inter-connection with all that is breathing in and out of the Energetic Field - so too are we unaware of other things we can’t ‘see’ or feel connected to, in the Energetic Field. We are inside of an Energetic Field that holds all particles (and non-particles). We don’t understand all that is - yet, it all exists.
And all that is held in the Energetic Field comes from somewhere - something. The source of it all is up for individual interpretation. I can’t possibly do justice to ‘it’ by listing them.
Sometimes, I refer to it as ‘Source’. Today, Ima call the source: ‘Love’.
Whatever you call ‘it’, consider that the ‘source of everything’ means that everything is that. Try filling-in the following with whatever word makes sense to you: “Everything is ___”. For me, that statement is: everything is Love.
Everything.
Breathing is love. People are love. Plants are love. Rocks are love. Water is love. Air is love. Earth is love. Thoughts are love. Emotions are love. Fear is love. Anger is love. Sadness is love. Loneliness is love. Pain is love. Hope is love. Stillness is love. Movement is love. Chaos is love. Peace is love. You are love. I am love. The known is love. The unknown is love.
So, if you’d like, try this:
Breathe in Love. Breathe out Love. Repeat.
Say: “I am held by Love”. Repeat.
Say: “I am in Love”. Repeat.
Say: “I am Love”. Repeat.
Say: “You are Love”. Repeat.
Say: “All is Love”. Repeat.
Breathe in Love. Breathe out Love. Repeat.
